DeLinda Dontje has been deeply disappointing. It’s disheartening to say that she consistently overlooks homeowner inquiries and complaints, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. What’s worse is her behavior towards us homeowners—it’s downright upsetting. From yelling to showing discriminatory attitudes, it’s clear she lacks the empathy and professionalism needed for this role. Even when we’ve tried to escalate our concerns to her supervisor, there’s been no improvement. It’s like hitting a brick wall every time we try to address our issues. We’re paying our HOA fees expecting a certain level of service, but it feels like we’re getting nothing in return. As homeowners, we deserve better treatment and support from our property manager. Overall, urgent action is needed to address these ongoing issues. Ms. Dontje’s behavior is unacceptable, and it’s time for accountability and change. Bullying homeowners and discrimination have no place in our community, and it’s my hope that steps will be taken swiftly to address these concerns.
This company is very unorganized. Lack of internal communication and training. So if they have you as there manager for your HOA be careful. Keep track your own budgets etc. CYA because Sharon doesn’t keep track nor know what all goes on and she likes to say one thing and do another knowing or unknowing. She will tell you she has done it yet expects you to do it and 10 other things, that is time consuming while she is off chillin’ doing not much while you (employee) do all the work. She does not want to learn how to run all programs. She relies on others to know how to run her office. She couldn’t tell you how to do something. She will appoint someone who barely learned ON THERE OWN how to do it. Then expect them to train other and she refuses to learn. Board members beware. Her office is not organized and put together. All the paperwork etc. is last minute or meeting pushed back because she forgot about you as she continues to forget her own office rules which are constantly changing.
Irresponsible management. I didn’t have to get deeper in that business even I pay HOA to them. They forget to send you bills and then they charge late fee. How convenient!
