Eine ganz tolle Praxis. Super schön eingerichtet, sehr entspannt für Mensch und Tier, sehr freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit und einfühlsam. Alles, was nötig war, wurde einfach sofort erledigt ohne großes Hin und Her. Auch die Rechnung war völlig in Ordnung für die ausgiebige Beratung und Leistung. Nach langer Suche haben wir jetzt endlich wieder eine richtig gute Tierarzt-Praxis gefunden.
Enttäuschend ist untertrieben, ich bin schockiert über die fehlende Kompetenz dieser Praxis. Mein Kater (seit über einem Jahr Patient dort) ist aus dem 2. Stock gestürzt – ein akuter Notfall. Ich war direkt um 8 Uhr vor Ort, wurde aber ohne Untersuchung abgewiesen, da ich keinen Termin hatte. Niemand hat sich das Tier auch nur angeschaut, obwohl ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten habe. Nicht mal ein Blick in die Box oder ein kurzes Abtasten. Für eine Tierarztpraxis inakzeptabel. Ich werde mir eine neue Tierarztpraxis suchen und empfehle jedem nicht zu dieser Praxis zu gehen, wenn sie ihr Tier lieben!
Ein total nettes, freundliches Team, das sich Zeit nimmt und auf alle Fragen eingeht. Die Ärztin hat sich ebenfalls toll um unseren Hund gekümmert, obwohl es der erste Tierarztbesuch für unseren Welpen war und sie dementsprechend aus dem Häuschen war. Ganz liebe und aufs Tierwohl bedachte Beratung. Definitiv eine Weiterempfehlung !
