We just returned from the most incredible trip to Punta Cana, and we owe it all to our amazing travel agent Gigi! From start to finish, the planning process was seamless. She listened carefully to what we were looking for—relaxation, beautiful beaches, and Family friendly, and she delivered exactly that and more. Our resort was stunning, with top-notch service, the staff was fantastic with our kids, and breathtaking ocean views. Every transfer and excursion was perfectly timed and stress-free, which let us focus entirely on enjoying the trip. Gigi even checked in before, during, and after our trip to make sure everything went smoothly. We’ve traveled before, but this was by far one of our best experiences - and we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off without such expert help. Highly recommend Gigi to anyone planning a dream vacation!

Gigi is the BEST! She listened to what we wanted out of our trip, found us a great resort and took care of everything! From our park and ride hotel to our private transportation to the resort. We didn’t have to worry about anything, she had it all covered and we had clear and easy to follow directions. The first night there I fell and broke my foot, I emailed Gigi and from that point forward she was in contact with the resort, us and Funjet working to get me everything I needed. Once home she continued to check on me, and sent flowers to me after my surgery to repair the break. Once I’m back on my feet I definitely want a re-do and will absolutely be calling Gigi to plan our next vacation and all trips going forward.

Gigi planned and worked with us to prepare for our trip to Ireland. She was absolutely wonderful. This was our first time traveling to Europe or Ireland, and she made it very easy. Before we even got there, she helped ensure we had all of the documentation we'd need, we understood how traveling abroad to Ireland specifically worked (she had personal experience even), how to best access currency exchange, and she even helped us pick Ireland (when I wasn't sure exactly where we wanted to go) due to it being so beginner travel friendly—which she was absolutely correct on. She also provided support when I needed to update reservations and checked in on us (via text) to make sure things were going well while we were there. Budget-wise: I told her our budget and asked to stay within it. Our trip was well-within the budget I'd outlined, and we did end up spending up to the lower end of our budget while there on food, souvenirs, tips, and additional experiences. It was wonderful paying for it ahead with her and knowing it was handled and out of the way. To be honest, I didn't want to plan the trip myself, because I was so busy ahead, and working with Gigi was the perfect experience. She did all of the legwork for me, so I could just enjoy the trip! I gave her an idea of what sort of experiences we were interested in, and she planned it all out. From transportation, to hotel reservations, to experiences. I reviewed her plans, and if I'd wanted to make changes we obviously could have, but I was very happy with the initial plan. Closer to the trip, we reviewed the itinerary in detail together to make sure there weren't any questions or further needs. The trip itself was wonderful. Every detail was accounted for and provided in an itinerary. I especially appreciated her detail to transportation. As an example: We didn't get a rental the first day - which is probably what I would have done, but she knew better. It was wonderful having a driver into Dublin (who was experienced and gave us tips), then getting the rental when we left the City. It saved us time and went more smoothly. Things like that, I'd have done differently and it wouldn't have worked as well. The accommodations were great at every place we stayed, and she met my needs that I'd asked for during our initial conversation. We had amazing experiences: Dublin, Dublin's Temple District, a Musical Pub Crawl (which I'd recommend 100%), beautiful drives, Blarney Castle (which was a top highlight of the trip for us - druid ruins, a castle, gardens, and historical and folk tales), the Ring of Kerry Tour, Cliffs of Moher, Ashford Castle, and a visit to Westport. We asked for time to relax, not to be fully packed, and we wanted to travel. She gave us exactly what we asked for, and I did learn a lot about who we were as travelers. Next time, I think I'll know even better what to ask for, because I would definitely work with her again for our next vacation.
