I had the most terrible experience with this company. I had to use them because we have American shield warranty. The first guy that came out very rude very short, I try asking a question and he was very sarcastic with me. He said that our water heater was completely out and we needed a new one, I had to wait for them to get one ordered. Meanwhile, our water heater was leaking every single day until, they were able to receive what they ordered. When they finally did about a week later, they scheduled the appointment for a few days off and then two guys came back Friday said that they were only there to take The old water heater out and leave the new one downstairs. They said that the plumber was going to come later on to install, those two guys were fine, but then the actual plumber calls me after 6 PM to tell me that he’s not going to be able to make it, I told him that I did not understand why he couldn’t call his company earlier to let them know that he wasn’t going to make it so they can send someone else because we had water leaking every single day to that point. in addition to that, they took our old water heater. We had no heat did water with children in the house and a senior in the home…. that was just unacceptable. The guy was very rude. The guy just basically said that this company is very unprofessional that he had just started there and he was unhappy. That’s their own employee. I called and harassed until someone a lady called me back and she said she was gonna have someone come out to me the next day that she apologized. The plumber came out the next day and install the new water heater, but not even 30 minutes after he left we went downstairs and one of the pipes were on the floor….my husband picked up the pipe and leaned it against the wall and told me to reach out to the plumber so he can come back and reinstall that pipe. The plumber got a hold of me back. I sent them the picture and his response was that’s not a big deal. My husband can just. Put it back and I said absolutely not. He’s not a plumber. I don’t want him to touch that. The fact that something fell after you guys just installed it that’s not ok. He had just left not too long ago. I asked him if he can come back that same day to install it. He said it wasn’t an urgency so he would try to make it. I told him that I need him to install that that day because this is really poor customer service. Well, it’s been a little over a week since he installed it and he still hasn’t been back to install that piece and it’s still on the wall waiting. Stay away from these people, as much as you can because the service was poor from beginning to end. That’s not only poor customer service but that is poor quality of work. Nothing should fall after a plumber just installed it. I don’t care if it’s an easy job or an easy fix or not. And certainly they shouldn’t expect us to fix it so I highly recommend you don’t use them.

I want to thank Ricardo again for the excellent job he did. Showed up early, I explained what the issue was and he knew exactly what to do. He rodded the mainline for over an hour and a half, out in the freezing cold. He was calm, thorough, knowledgable and exhibited he knew what he was doing. He finished when he was confident that the blockage was removed. So far so good!!! Very satisfied customer. Thanks again Ricardo!!!!

My experience with USA plumbing was terrible. I needed a camera inspection and estimate. They had a technician come to my building, which he ran the camera and after he was done he told me that a guy name Ron will call me right away for your estimate which never happened. I had to call them numerous of time. When I finally got in touch with the guy Ron which was 3 weeks later he lie to me 2 times saying he was going to come and never did. Please avoid this company.

USA Plumbing & Sewer is fantastic! We had a plumbing issue, and Daniel came to the rescue. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The service was prompt, and they fixed everything efficiently. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend them for any plumbing, drain, or sewer needs. Great team and excellent service!
