» Customer Experiences:
Our visit to Wallstreet Dentistry absolutely changed the way that my daughter had absolutely feared going to the dentist the last couple of years. The way she was taken care of and put at ease I thank God for. Dr. Conley literally treated her like his best friend. She knows there is much work to be done but she has already expressed to me that the amount of faith and compassion she experienced today meant so much to her. She has been through so much the last couple of years and I just can’t put into words how it made me as her mother feel to literally see her relax in what is one of her biggest fears because of the care and gentle touch she received. Y’all are so awesome. 10/10 Recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I went in for a root canal and had been told the insurance would pay 100% but when I got there the girl said it wouldn't pay,but they had given me the estimate in writing, so I left and emailed the paper to her proving what the insurance would pay which was 100%. NO ONE ever called me to reschedule or apologize for my inconvenience! I called them the next day to make sure they got my email and they did get it,but never offered to make it right! Although I love the Dentist, the hygienist the office staff is not professional. I called about transferring my records and they never ask why. So I won't be going back to this office! They need to get the office staff in order!
I had been a patient at this office for almost 3 years, so my review is based of many experiences over time and not just one. They know me well enough that they recognize me when I come in the office. This is a cosmetic DENTAL office. And I’ll get into that a little more further down the line because there is not a true orthodontist in this office. My first issue started early on when I was having some reconstruction done and a crown that I paid out of pocket for was broken on a tooth that I had not even signed consent for treatment and they filled it in with filling putty when it was clear they had cracked and broken a piece of the crown off. They only agreed to replace the crown when I was upset and crying and pushing the issue further. Which they then told me I must have sensitive feelings and still charged to my insurance. I should have left right then and there but I stayed for convenience. Because there are a handful of office staff that have nasty attitudes considering the patients are the reasons they are there earning paychecks. My biggest issue with them is their orthodontics program. I have transferred out of this office now and have switched to a true orthodontist. They started me in a palette expander. Which I’ve now been informed works great in children since their palettes are not fused but does not do anything for an adult that braces can’t do. The rubber band spacers that should be in only for a week were in between my teeth for almost 3 months causing further dental issues for me because Dr Renfroe now works out of Nashville and is never there. And as other reviews mentioned they are not flexible scheduling wise with their patients. Additionally I was left in the expander for over 4 months and not a single person ever looked at my expander or checked it despite charging me for ortho treatment. I came in for a check in appt and was told that since I had already tightened the expander, as I was instructed to do, that I could go. Didn’t even look and make sure it was working properly. Now coming down to my final straw was I called 2 weeks before my next check in appt and told them I wanted my braces put on that I’ve now been waiting 7 months. Dr Renfroe was reached out to and said that should be fine. I called the day before my appt to confirm my scheduling time as I would need an extra 30 minutes and was told by Haley the office manager that they were changing the schedule because they decided to close at 12 for that day instead and that Dr Renfroe hadn’t been there in 3 weeks. When he already agreed with another staff member that the braces could go on. So I paid monthly payments for treatment that I not only was not receiving but also never needed in the first place. Do not go to this office. Do not waste your time. Find an office that cares about you as a patient and cares about how they make you feel instead of caring about just how much money they can get out of you.
