All the staff at this Aspen dental location in Guntersville were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a thorough mouth exam and x-ray done. They assessed what needed to be done, and then I was directed to Angela who helped me with billing. She went through plans and what would be best for me. Appointment setting was easy, and they worked for what was best for my schedule every time. I had a scaling and root plaining that same day by the hygienist. She was awesome. Dr. Johnson is Amazing. He did my extraction, and numbed the area of my mouth very well. They all made sure I was comfortable. Water and blanket were offered. He also did a pulp cap on another tooth. They truly care about their patients, and Dr. Johnson explained everything that he was doing and why. I had a great experience, and that is important when choosing where to go for dental work.

This is the most terrible dentist office I have ever been to. Nobody in the building has any place in dentistry or working with the public in any capacity for that matter. I watched the front desk woman cackle in the back totally disregarding an elderly woman crying in the lobby, had my mouth torn apart in the initial X-Ray with absolutely no apologies and then I was brought into a dull "waiting room" where the door was closed behind me and CNN was the only thing on TV. Extremely political based dentist office with no regards to customer satisfaction. Every assistant in the back slammed equipment around and didn't look away from the phone screen for a second. Absolute trash. Won't ever see a dollar out of me, I walked straight out and back to my original dentist who dropped my insurance. Have never been happier to pay the full price without insurance . Go to Total Dental Care in Guntersville and experience Trust in the people who do your dental work along with excellent reception and work ethic along with unmatched customer satisfaction.

I visited Aspen Dental for the first time a few weeks ago. I had a bad tooth that was killing me. Sydney took my X-rays and did my intake. She brought me a blanket when I was cold and some fresh water when I was thirsty, she was very sweet! Dr. Johnson did my extraction. I don’t think I have ever been so numb in my life! He made sure I wouldn’t feel any pain whatsoever. He was very quick and efficient and he talked me through the entire process. Afterwards Brandy consulted me on a treatment plan and many affordable options to get my smile as healthy as it can be! I highly recommend Aspen to anyone who wants to get the best care possible.

I was so nervous but everyone there is so nice. Dr. Johnson is an AWESOME dentist. Starting with the ladies up front to the ones in the back, they go above and beyond to make sure that you are ok from the beginning to the end. I appreciate how professional they all were.
