Ich warte seit zwei Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung zu meinem Ticket. Seitdem ist meine Website nicht nutzbar. Die Livechat-Mitarbeiter können nicht weiterhelfen und verweisen auf das Ticket. In der Hotline hänge ich jedes Mal über eine halbe Stunde (siehe Screenshot) und dann wird einfach die Verbindung beendet. Ich bin als langjähriger Kunde fassungslos. Werde nun zum nächstmöglichen Termin kündigen und kann jedem nur von diesem Anbieter abraten.
Der Kundenservice kümmert sich seit Monaten nicht um meine Anliegen. Anfragen werden großteils nicht bearbeitet. Man bekommt Infomails das man sich gedulden soll da gerade viel los ist, viele Probleme bleiben aber einfach hängen und werden nicht zufriedenstellend gelöst! Update: Sie haben mir geraten mich an die Beschwerde Email Adresse zu richten. Auch hier bekomme ich seit 10 Tagen keine Antwort!
Der Support reagiert einfach nicht! Absolut unbefriedigend. Edit: Mittlerweile hatte ich Kontakt zu zwei Support-Mitarbeitern, die mir nicht geholfen haben. Der erste meinte einfach, dass es eigentlich funktionieren müsste. Sonst nichts. Ich denke mir das Problem aber nicht aus. Der zweite versicherte mir vor ein paar Tagen, dass an meinem Problem bereits gearbeitet wurde und ich sehr bald eine Rückmeldung erhalte. Ich warte leider immer noch. Ich habe nun eine Mail an die Beschwerde-Adresse geschrieben. Edit 2: Das Problem wurde nun behoben. Vielen Dank!
