Seit mehreren Jahren haben wir Probleme mit Seitenladezeiten, die trotz Upgrade zunehmend schlechter wurden und teilweise bis zu 3000 ms betrugen. Wir haben viele Tickets geöffnet und enorm viel Zeit (auch von externen Dienstleistern) und damit Geld verschwendet, um das Problem zu lösen. Letztendlich hieß es immer, es liegt an unserer Website. Der Wechsel zu einem anderen Anbieter reduzierte die Seitenladezeiten um ca. 83 %. Zudem keine Serverausfälle mehr, die meistens nachts auftraten und bis zu 5 Minuten dauerten. Für eine Website, die international abgerufen wird, nicht akzeptabel.
