Worst Experience Ever! We Booked a Van load with Jordan Cox going from Vernon, CA to Moreno Valley, CA. The Shipper do the worst loading at evening and when the driver reached the Drop Off location the receiver rejected the load. Jordan take a lot of time to resolve this and updated we have to get back to shipper again and then remake the delivery. This line Haul is for $450 and we updated Jordan we need the same rate getting back to Shipper and then again to receiver. He agrees and updated we will get paid for everything. Driver get back to shipper again and the shipper again do the shit at loading and the receiver again rejected 2 Pallets. We wasted our 2 Days doing this shipment and when we asked for every compensation for this load Jordan Cox takes more than a month to resolve this. Jordan don't answer my calls whenever I call him. We received the revised Rate Confirmation that states we have to pay them -$335. Wasted 2 days and burning lot of fuel this is what they give us the solution. And the worst part is they deducted it from our other Invoice. They are doing totally scam in the market. Instead of paying us we have to pay them. Imposing the Shipper Fault on Carrier and then get money from Carriers. Wasting the time and money for the carriers. We need the Correct Rate Confirmation paying everything. We will not accept that you have done with us.
We worked with Jay C. and Emmanuel Cotton on a recent load where everything was agreed upon, including rate confirmation. Our driver arrived on time at the receiver’s location as scheduled, only to be told the appointment was actually set for the next day. After escalating the issue, their team instructed our driver to wait on-site, and he was finally unloaded around 5:00 PM — after waiting for several hours based on their direction. Despite the clear miscommunication on their end and our driver’s full cooperation, they refused to compensate for the detention time. This is not only unprofessional but also shows a lack of respect for the driver's time and effort. We do not recommend working with this team unless you're willing to take on unnecessary delays without fair compensation. Disappointing experience overall.
They don’t listen, in one ear out the other, communication is null, system crashes weekly, safety rating is in toilet , 10 points from being put out of service, there a stop on site in the scales by DOT!
