W.I.S. Logistics

We have been working with W.I.S. for many years and I can honestly say they are up there with the best and most honest companies we have ever worked with. Kim and Corrie are and have always been my go too for anything. Loads are paid fair year round, and never issues at shippers or receivers!!

Rarely do I have a carrier who responds as rapidly as WIS. Kim & Eric are amazing to work with. they will do all they can to get tracking, PODS, ETA's to me faster than anyone else I have worked with. My customers who use them love the responsiveness they provide and the problem solving they handle for us. I would recommend them to anyone who is not happy with the service they are receiving from the carriers they are using! In today's world, too many vendors just do not care about the customer. You MIGHT get an answer in a day or two from somewhere else, but I have never waited more than 20 minutes for a response from WIS during business hours. The customer service from WIS is far beyond anything I have received anywhere else - business or personal. 3/29/2024 Update - had to share this.. I sent a request to see if an order had delivered. I had the answer & the POD within 2 minutes from Eric.. Seriously - where else could you get something so fast from a carrier??? I do not think there is a carrier in the USA with this much attention to customer service! Keep up the stellar work WIS!!! You are amazing! And my reps LOVE your service!

Been working with WIS Logistics for about 5 months now and they have been wonderful. Jess Buchmann is an absolute dream to work with! She's always got a positive energy and responds to my requests very quickly. Pricing is competitive and on a number of occasions, they've been able to get me carriers on short notice.
