Wiggins Transport

First off I’ll say Ive booked this company a total of 3 times . The first time they arrived 1-2 hours late , the second time they arrived late and when they got there complained about moving the TVs and not being liable which no one told me they didn’t like moving TVs before hand. This last time was the absolute worst. Partly due to the owner (Linwood) being super unprofessional and rude. He confirmed the details with me 10 days before my move date. The day before my move date he texts asking if i can move my time to earlier , i stated 1 hour earlier (11:00 am) he said nevermind, he then texts me again that night at 8 pm he mentioning that i booked on the site for morning but requested 12 pm, but when i confirmed 10 days prior , nothing was said about this. He then said they would arrive 1230-1 and mentioned that they had 6 other bookings that day, that i wasn’t his only customer and that my 12pm arrival time screwed his whole schedule up. Which to me is rude because if it was an issue you say something when i confirm, not the night before. He then accused me of having the same issue for my last move which is a lie. He needs to take a customer service class and learn how to interact respectfully with customers. Also when they were moving my stuff , one of the guys kept stopping and getting on his phone and getting distracted and talking with my neighbor. They also told me my place was empty and when i went back the next day there was still things left that i had to move. Oh and one of the guys broke something of mines. They will never get my business ever again and i wouldn’t recommend them.

I booked these guys on U-Haul to help with my move and just kind of picked a random company because who really knows who to go with on there? Turned out to be the best decision I made in the entire moving process and it was dumb luck! What I thought was gonna be a simple move turned into a disaster because I screwed up and then the new place was like a damn obstacle course. I half expected them to nope the hell out but they laughed it off and went right to work without missing a beat. Had me done and on my way like it was a walk in the park. If you need help moving, these are the only guys you should be calling! Thanks guys!

Just the best packers and movers. Easy to work with as well. I engaged them from the west coast to clean out my Mom’s apartment and store some things, donate some things and move a few items to an upstairs apartment. We spoke on the phone several times and they carried it all out correctly. When I got to Virginia I met them at the storage unit which was perfectly packed. They removed items and delivered them to two addresses. I will be coming back to sell some items and just remove others. They packed so that it is easy to remove as necessary. I will always use their services because they make it so easy for me. Great work ethic and attitude.
