This place do have their strict rules. But it’s for everyone’s safety. I read the reviews before going there. So I knew not to go before 8 am. But they do let you in by 7:30. But can’t check in till 8 am. The ladies in the office are amazing. When they saw how much my weight was. They were concerned and wanted to make sure I was going to be ok. The lady at the window treated me like I was part of her family. She gave me an address to go scale 10 miles away. Thank you so much. I scaled and it took a bit to set my tandems in the right place. But the weight was perfect. Even the guy who loaded me was amazing. So nice and kind. Quick unloading. Thank you Al so much for your concerns and help. God bless you all.

I went yesterday and everything is good no appointment driven, fast loading and even maybe staging area but i was very mad when i signed the paperwork and it says 42,000lbs and there is no scales close by my first stop like 50miles away to scale and my surprise i was overweight, and i ask the guys is this really 42,000 lbs yea yea, i was so mad, now i got to be careful cause of their stupidity. beware this people lied to their teeth's,

AS a customer I could not have asked for a better drayage, warhouse and transloading facility to handling our shipment. Last minute, no problems, issues with truckers, no problem, trukers not having correct equipment no problem they stepped in and stepped up. We will go back time and time again to use them to assist us with again in Norfolk.

Fast unloading but no overnight parking. There's only one way in and out legally to get to this place. I had to get permission from a cop to use thole street to deliver my last load. Weight limit on thole street coming from gamby street is only 1 1/2 tons. And the police issues ticket. So make sure you get permission first and take the cop name and badge number before attempting to use gamby street directions.
