Greatly disappointed. I have been on a wild goose chase trying to find out who my family doctor was for the last year. I called all doctors I knew to have. Including this office in MARCH 2024. I called a few times as I gave them time to return calls as they never will directly pick up the phone. When they did they just mentioned my old doctor retired and no longer practices with them not mentioning Nwapa being now tied to my health card. Due to this it's been going back and forth with 811, serviceontario in person and over the phone, and all the doctors I know. Just being passed back and forth between everyone. It's now DECEMBER 2024 and I only got to unenroll because of telehealth services because NWAPA and her reception cannot be bothered to answer phone calls or return calls. I never got to see her not that I would have liked to seeing all these negative reviews. Multiple complaints filed to the CSPO? Horrible attitude with several patients? long wait times for a rushed appointment? I think I am better off fighting thru the trenches of finding a new family doctor even during the healthcare crisis. Good riddance.
This doctor appears to enjoy causing harm. I had a serious condition go untreated for over a year because she wouldn’t return calls or provide care. It wasn’t until I found a new doctor that I finally received treatment. It’s baffling that she’s still practicing despite numerous complaints to the CPSO. I understand she took over from Dr. Makinde, but if she doesn’t want to treat patients, the least she could do is inform them they no longer have a doctor.
I am 81 years old and a resident of Windsor for my entire life. I have had 15 surgeries and have been under the care of many doctors. I have to say when my GP Dr. Makinde was retiring, I was very worried who he would pick as his replacement. Well, he could not have chosen a better doctor. I have had many visits with Dr. Nwapa and found that she is the best. I have never had a doctor that is so invested in her patients. I will admit when she first took over Dr. Makindea's practice, things were a little hectic but once the little hiccups were ironed out, everything ran very smoothly. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Nwapa as my primary doctor. Shirley Jaciw
