All the instructors are amazing and so sweet ! I love the aesthetic of the studio (it’s also HUGE) and the classes I do are intense just how I love them ! (They have classes of different intensities, so if you love yoga or relaxation classes for example they have that too !) + I love that they have a mini fridge with drinks like water and sparkling water and another one where you can purchase low cost healthy meals. There’s honestly everything you can think of in this studio !

I had an amazing therapeutic massage with Martine this morning. She was incredibly attentive to my needs, and her techniques were spot on. I really appreciated her positive energy and the way she checked in throughout the session to make sure everything felt right. I left feeling relaxed and cared for. I had an amazing massage experience with Sadia. The atmosphere was incredibly calming and relaxing from the moment I walked in. I came in looking for a moment of peace, and without needing to say much, Sadia intuitively adapted to my body like a true professional. As someone who tends to be anxious, I was able to fully enjoy a genuine moment of deep relaxation and I’ll definitely be going back!
