Back when I was competing, this was my second home. Ken isn’t just a personal trainer—he’s incredibly knowledgeable about health, training, and what it takes to get to the next level, whether your goal is stepping on stage or simply improving your overall fitness. Even though I haven’t been in for a while, this gym and Ken still hold a very special place in my heart. The atmosphere, the guidance, and the genuine care he puts into helping people succeed truly set this place apart.
