An incredibly welcoming community, a great powerlifting gym, I am so grateful to be working out here. They have 3 combo racks, 2 cable machines, 2 squat racks, a leg press, a hack squat, a leg extension machine as well as a lying leg curl machine. SSB available and many other add ons (grateful for gym owners who listen to the needs of their members). Un gym à essayer.

As a powerlifter, I used to go to BuzzFit for my workouts. Then realized down the road that it would be hard to reach my goals. So I started to invest into a powerlifting gym, and found this one! This gym is a true training facility, not a generic commercial health club, but a private one. If you are serious about strength sports, powerlifting, or lifting weights, this is the place to be. They have completely stripped away the unnecessary fluff and focused entirely on providing the tools and environment needed to hit PRs. ​The equipment quality are great! They have heavy-duty racks, deadlift platforms, and high-quality bars Ipf approved, and a section with equipments and weights for bodybuilding. The fact that they use calibrated plates for training sessions shows a deep commitment to the sport. Everything is well-maintained, and designed to handle heavy loads without complaint. ​The atmosphere is focused and intense, yet incredibly supportive. There's a great energy of people genuinely pushing themselves, no ego or judgment. The staff and coaches are also great, offering quiet pointers and maintaining order. I enjoy the environment alot. Hard work is respected, and it’s motivating just to be around other serious lifters.

The gym has everything you need if you are a powerlifter or if you just want to lift heavy and work on your fitness goals. It is well located in the south shore which makes it convenient for people living in montreal to easily get there. The owners are super friendly and welcoming, you truly feel like you belong to a community of lifters and that’s what a gym is all about 🤍
