Great gym with an awesome atmosphere! The equipment is top-notch, always clean, and there’s a real sense of community here. The owner is super friendly and genuinely cares about helping people reach their goals. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to work out and stay motivated!

Very qualified trainer and owner Carl Olivier. He created a nice workout spot that prioritize healthy lifestyle and balance while working out in a nice atmosphere. He was able to build a strong community of trainees in a very short period of time with his style of training. I highly recommend you to join Baz. The membership spots are limited

Great gym with great vibes! If you're looking to make real progress Carl is your man. Each day there is a different focus area to work on all muscle groups and your endurance throughout the week. It does help that the playlist is on point. Highly recommended!
