I’m giving this gym one star, mainly thanks to a few trainers who are genuinely helpful and do a good job encouraging members. Unfortunately, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The owner, Hamel (or something similar), repeatedly mispronounced my name even after several corrections. I eventually told him to just call me "George" to keep it simple, but he continued using the wrong name. Whether it’s stubbornness or just not paying attention, it came off as disrespectful. Other key issues: Lack of Equipment: There aren’t enough weights, even though the focus is mostly on bodyweight and total body workouts. The gym feels under-equipped for anyone looking to train more seriously. Crowded: It gets very busy during peak hours, and it’s tough to reserve a spot in classes. Class Packs Expire: If you buy multiple classes, be aware they expire—something that isn’t clearly explained upfront. Limited Open Gym Time: Almost all sessions are group workouts. You might get one opportunity a week to use the gym on your own for about an hour. Classes Are Short and Lack Warm-Up: Sessions are only 45 minutes, and there’s no active stretching or proper warm-up before the workout starts. Not for Experienced Members: If you already know your way around a gym and are looking to progress, this probably isn’t the place for you. It’s more geared toward beginners or older adults with limited experience.

Classes are always different which makes it so motivating. The coaches are all (- yes ALL of them - they know how to pick their staff!) extremely professional and friendly. They will help you achieve your personal goal all the while having fun!

Fantastic gym! If you're looking for something different and want to be part of a great community, this is the place to be. The coaches are highly knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and make everyone feel welcome. Perfect for all ages and skill levels—my 5-year-old loves the weekend kids' class! Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll find what you are looking for. It's also very affordable.
