I really enjoyed my experience at this kickboxing studio. The training was very effective, and the coaches are excellent and motivating. People were also very friendly, which created a great atmosphere. The only downsides are the facilities: the changing rooms are too close to each other, there’s no women’s restroom directly accessible (you have to pass through the men’s area, which feels unsafe), and there are no showers. Overall, the place itself has to be improved, if he really wants to attract the female audience but thanks to the coaches and the quality of training, it’s definitely worth it.

The coach is passionate and has pro level knowledge to help any martial artist progress. Good pace, fun class, good exercise, nice people, and a fun atmosphere. Perfect place to begin your journey as well, with techniques that are adapted to different levels. I highly recommend this academy!

I started at Académie SGS in January 2016 and enjoy the BJJ classes immensely. To me, it's simply Yoga squared. It allows me to unwind and chill out in the company of like minded people. For period that requires even more oomph, I simply stay on to do the kickboxing class. For those in thrall of techniques, this is the place to come because our teacher Dave, a very passionate person, will drill them into you. For the others, either looking to compete in tournaments or simply to have fun while getting in shape, Dave will adapt and adjust his training accordingly.
