Super clean gym with all you need. Huge pool with large window and nice staff. The lighning is good when you look at yourself in the miror. People are nice. I suggest it for youngs and students for the realy afordable monthly price. ~$24/month for one year membership. Music is okay just bring your headphones/earbuds or whatever.

Awful service. Feels like it's run by incompentent frat boys. Flex membership? Forget it.. they lie to you to your face. Tried cancelling with a flex membership over 5 times, through emails, phone calls, they made me take an appointment to see the manager (apparently all the 16-year olds at the front desk have 0 decision power over anything.. ) after going through a talk with the manager and explaining i was moving out of the province, I was told everything was cancelled. 3 months after and i am still getting charged and when i call they tell me they will put a note to my file and put it through the system.. i strongly encourage you to go to another local gym that will see you as a person not a cash machine.

The gym has a wide variety of equipment, is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. I also enjoy that there is a women’s training section attached to the locker room.
