Great Gym with Room for Improvement - 4 Stars I recently visited this gym, and overall, it's a fantastic place for fitness enthusiasts like me. There are several reasons why I really enjoyed my experience here: - **Customer Service:** The customer service here is top-notch. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns. - **Positive Training Environment:** What sets this gym apart is the training environment. It's refreshing to see fewer people focused on taking selfies and more on their workouts. It creates a motivating atmosphere. - **Sauna:** The sauna is a great addition. It's a wonderful way to relax muscles and unwind after a rigorous workout. However, there's one significant area where this gym could improve: - **Equipment Maintenance:** Some of the machines are showing signs of wear and tear. I encountered a few machines that desperately need upgrading, and some utilities appear old and potentially hazardous. I even had a close call where I almost cut myself on the corner of one machine. This is a safety concern that should be addressed promptly. - **Equipment Variety:** The gym offers a wide range of machines and equipment, making it easy to get a well-rounded workout. I just missed some elastic bands to exercise with, luckily I had my own with me this time so it was ok. Despite this issue, I genuinely like this gym and have already registered as a member. I hope they take my feedback into consideration and invest in the necessary upgrades for the safety and satisfaction of their members.

The staff is wonderful. The equipment though is a bit old! I did try your equipment when I was on vacation in Sherbrooke visiting my brother in April and it still think it's kind of old !! but retro is a good way to hide the fact . :)

Love this place! The equipment is new and there is a large variety of them. The staff is great and the gym is clean.
