Would give negative stars if possible. Don’t care if I didn’t do exact business here—progressive is the WORST insurance company ever. Would love for them to reach out and get any and all surveys as I had to constantly be the one to follow up on my claim and dealt with mindless drones for people. Literally after two and a half months, they once again asked for “a good email address.” Don’t use progressive—easy as that! I didn’t ask to get struck by someone using their absolute, horrid, un-professional, b.s. insurance. Worst experience to date. I will forever do my due diligence to slander anyone and everyone thinking to do work with and/or pay for their futile services. Anyone employed or doing business by this fraudulent company would do well to look for other employment due to how utterly pathetic they are.

I was told I was emailed documents that were shuffled into the thousands I get a day seeing as I run a company. Finally they contacted me by mail letting me know they were going they were going to terminate my policy. I've been walked through step by step with a rep on the phone to send in all the documents which were correct. I then received an email to send in documents that I need to print out and sign and send back in with in two days to avoid cancellation. Keep in mind this is while going in and out of the hospital for severe head trauma and not being able to function by myself and having a part time live in nurse. I sent in the correct document but misspelled the email by one letter. I've been received noticed that my policy had been canceled, and called in pretty frustrated and was able to get a hold of a manager named Cindy who gave me the fake nice oh we're so sorry but you're we're not going to help you at all. We went back and forth for over 20 minutes and at the end of the day she said she will do nothing to help me out and My policy is canceled which my livelihood relies on. Cindy, I don't understand why you even work there if you're only job is to tell people that you can't do anything. Worst customers experience I have ever dealt with and they have zero forgiveness for any customers with mental clarity or not. Stay as far away from them as you can unless you like people treating you terribly and doing nothing for you but say "I am so sorry and I understand but I frankly don't care"

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with Progressive. I had spent over $5,000 fixing up my Audi A4, including a new turbo system, to get the car in top condition so I could sell it and move to Florida. I had everything lined up. But then someone hit my car. After the accident, I did everything right, explained in detail what happened, how the car started leaking again, how it vibrates badly at high speeds, and how this completely ruined my plan to sell the car and move. I expected Progressive to recognize the situation and maybe declare it a total loss, which would at least help me move on. But instead, they lowballed me with $2,800 and ignored the real issues. I spent more than that just fixing it before the crash! I was hoping for support and understanding. Instead, I felt like nothing I said mattered. I was treated like just another claim number. Now I’m stuck again, with a damaged car, broken plans, and all the stress that comes with it. Progressive failed me when I needed them most. I won’t forget this.
