This business has hundreds of 5 star reviews but after 18 years of being a loyal customer I had to say goodbye. There are so many good insurance agents out there, sadly Keystone is no longer one of them. I received my insurance bill for the next 12 months and it was nearly 10K; I made some phone calls and found lots of really good insurance agencies that really wanted to save me money AND keep me well insured. I saved over 6 grand by switching. When I asked Keystone why they didn't shop my policy around to try to save me money, they responded with "oh we don't want to upset Bear River". Anyway, they are nice people but they weren't looking after my financial interests.

The human turned out to be Traci Diamond who was kind, non-patronizing, answered endless questions, and didn't slip into ageism. She quickly helped me find insurance for my car at a much lower rate from what had been deducted from my state payroll for 34 years. Not only was she efficient, her immediate help and follow-through was amazing during a difficult time for my family, even answering questions while I was at the airport. She walked me through everything including helping me cancel my previous auto policy. She helped me resolve that which had caused this new retiree much stress. AND, she wasn't the proverbial pushy insurance salesperson. I remain intrigued and grateful, beyond measure. When I described my experience to my family and some friends, they were equally amazed. This company should treasure Traci Diamond. I certainly do.
