Caisse Desjardins de Sault-au-Récollet-Montréal-Nord

the last time i went here, the teller had to call over another teller because he didn't understand what i meant by "a roll of loonies". the other teller also didn't know. amazing. edited to add: no matter what I am doing or how many customers are in the branch ahead of me, I always wait around 20 minutes for service, usually just to get a roll of coins because they are always, always understaffed, regardless of the time of day. this branch is one of the worst banks i have ever been to, and I will likely be switching banks because of this specific branch of desjardins.

I didn't have a pleasant time speaking to the clerk that seemed bothered by my visit... same thing happened to the person who was served before it was my turn. At least my needs were met and everything seems in order. I think Desjardins needs to provide some much needed TLC to it's public-facing employee's as they clearly do not enjoy their job all that much(a lot of low-star ratings in Desjardin's all over this part of town).

they take years before processing your deposit! never go do anything transactions there.
