Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The repairs were done quickly and flawlessly, my car looks good as new. The customer service was exceptional: they spoke directly to me (instead of defaulting to my boyfriend, as most car shops do), explained everything clearly, and were genuinely respectful throughout the process. When I had to return for a small readjustment, they took me the same day and fixed it in under five minutes. The car was returned spotless, and they even went above and beyond by straightening my license plate and protecting my bumper bolts so they wouldn’t scratch the paint. Truly next-level care. Highly recommend.

The team was incredibly understanding and accommodating — they kindly held the part for me until I was able to proceed with the installation. Matthew was professional, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. The front desk staff were also excellent — very helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with.
