Wonderful staff! Today, I saw a yellow warning symbol pop up on my dashboard. Concerned for my safety, I pulled into this auto repair shop, not realizing they normally take appointments only. Despite that, one of their staff members, named Mob (forgive me if I spelled it wrong), kindly came out of his way to help me. He checked my car and quickly found that my tire just needed some air. Without hesitation, he took care of it for me — fast, efficient, and professional. In the end, he even refused to take any payment, saying it was just a small issue. I was honestly so grateful and touched by his kindness. I would have gladly paid because he did a great job and helped me out so quickly. I’ll definitely come back here if my car ever needs repairs. Much respect! God bless their business and the kind man who helped me. Excellent experience!

Great service. My car tire had low tire pressure and we try to do it ourselves at gas station without luck and then we decide to drive into Markham Auto Repair. The front desk is super nice took the car and helped us immediately. Thank you and we will go back once we need a service

Markham Auto Repair service was reccommended to me by a very good friend after complaining to him about the costly and bad service I was getting from the Toyota dealer service departments in the neighbourhood. To-date I've taken my vehicle twice, and I have had nothing but great service. Ryan and his staff was courteous and took the time to explain the repairs I needed, even to the point of showing me what the repairs need. I am 68 years old and have owned a few vehices over the years. Finding and building a relationship with a auto repair service has not been an easy time, until now. I now have complete trust in always getting great service and repairs to my vehicle. Thank you Ryan.

I took my Mazda CX-5 (2016) to Markham Auto Repair for an oil change, and the experience was excellent. Another mechanic had suggested I needed to replace the control arms, but the team here was honest and told me it wasn’t necessary. They only do what the car actually needs, without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend these guys!
