They are great until right after you own a car from them. Was manipulated into buying the maintenance plan that is most definitely not worth it if you’re financing. Terrible customer service - specifically the service manager Alyssa was so rude and disrespectful… gave me a loaner with no snow tires in a literal snow storm… found that out after I slid down a hill and almost crashed and told me “it’s a courtesy loaner you didn’t HAVE to take it” when I drive 100+km a day for my business that I own… I most definitely had to take it so you can try and fix the defective car you gave me and so I can keep making money to pay for this shitty car. Once they have you locked into paying they do not care about you. Will never ever ever own another ford and will steer everyone I know anyway from it. Also the depreciation on the bronco sports is disturbing… lost literally half its value in 6 months of owning. Not to mentioned they KNOWINGLY gave me a brand new car with an intense shudder. There was 350km on it when I bought it and it’s done it since day 1. They knew. Owner of the dealership Dave Miller won’t even respond to my email. Disgusting.
