I've trusted this clinic with my pets for nearly 20 years. Every member of the staff is so kind and understanding as well as intuitively great with animals. From rescue dogs to puppies, they offer me suggestions for the best possible care for each individual. Especially in the past year, I haven't experienced any wait times, and I'm able to see a vet within a week or two of making an appointment. As far as pricing goes, it always feels fair and they always offer me options. The rooms and waiting area are always bright and clean.

My sweet aging girl has had a number of ailments pop up in the last few years. The care she has received at this clinic has been nothing short of exceptional. You can tell everyone on staff truly cares about their patients. All care plans are thoughtfully and well explained. They are incredibly thorough. Your animal will be well taken care of here.

Leaving a 5-star review is long overdue. I want to express my sincerest heartfelt gratitude to Dr. McIntyre and the entire staff at Fall River Animal Hospital. After having visited 7 other vet clinics over the years in HRM, I found my way to you through the recommendation of a rabbit rescue, and it was an absolute game changer. Dr. McIntyre has cared for my beloved rabbits and guinea pigs with the utmost kindness since 2020. She has consistently demonstrated remarkable expertise and understanding, always taking the time to explain treatments and answer my questions. Her ability to provide X-rays/diagnostics during the same appointment and her keen observations have helped me understand my pets’ needs in ways I never experienced before. She has introduced me to various medications and techniques, such as nebulizing, and has even consulted with specialists to ensure the best care for my guinea pig. Most recently, they helped me through an incredibly difficult time with a guinea pig very dear to me, Winnie, who had been battling health issues for two years. With your support I was able to provide Winnie an additional two years filled to the brim with love before I gave her the final gift of a gentle goodbye. Thank you. Thank you for advocating for my pets’ needs when my heart is louder than my head, for being such an invaluable resource in the small pet community, and for treating my pets with the utmost kindness and respect. I truly appreciate everything you and the Fall River team do. Attached is one my favourite silly pet videos - I hope it can bring a little bit of joy today. ✨

We had a wonderful visit with Dr. Yoon today. I was torn between two treatment options for my dog, and she was incredibly understanding and patient. She clearly explained the pros and cons of each option, provided detailed quotes, and took the time to answer all my questions. Dr. Yoon was also so kind and gentle with my dog—it made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Dr. Yoon!
