I came from the US and this is the best place for nails and hair. Ekta did an amazing job, best shaping and gel manicure for a wedding I am attending. Must also go to Altaf for hair, got the best scalp massage, hair mask, and hair style. I will be coming here every time I visit!

The salon itself is good and the place is near. However I hated my haircut! Despite telling multiple times I don’t want the hair length to be short and explained what I wanted! So based on the initial discussion itself I was like I’ll just do the hair spa but not hair cut! But after the hair spa I was literally coerced into getting the hair cut. I kept on saying you’re cutting it too short, it doesn’t even look like a haircut, it’s not looking good I kept being told no wait it’s not over it will be good. The haircut is over and it’s not at all good. And for all this I paid 1800 for just the haircut. No one told me this person who was cutting my hair was a senior director or whatever, and the charge would be that high for something I hate! The waxing lady was really good and the waxing was painless! But the haircut was the worst and I was so upset. I paid so much for losing my hair and getting a style I don’t like. I hate it! Hate it! Hate it! Never going here again. I visit juice and now k prive for years and also taken their packages very many times but this time I felt disappointed, annoyed, frustrated and above all cheated. I think they only care about getting the money - once they get that - if you are satisfied or not doesn’t matter! People really need to understand this before they come. Absolutely horrible! You cannot do what you want with MY HAIR! Like that’s not fair! Don’t go here if you have your instructions that you’d want to be followed coz that won’t happen! Just saying. Don’t go here!

I live 10 minutes away and have been getting salon services in Mumbai for over six years at places like Nizam’s and JCB. This salon is by far the slowest in service, with poor customer attention. Even with an appointment, you’re left waiting and constantly following up for staff to be assigned. The laid-back attitude shows zero respect for customers’ time. Save yourself the hassle—go to JCB instead for a far better experience
