Stepping into this barbershop feels like stepping back in time to the Victorian era – an ambience that's both unique and timeless, setting this chain apart from any other. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a comforting aroma that immediately puts you at ease. The staff are consistently polite, professional, and attentive, making the overall service experience delightful. While the services themselves are skillfully executed, a little more attention to detail in the finishing touches could elevate the experience further. One area for improvement is the booking process, which can be a bit cumbersome during unforeseen circumstances. It would be great to see the team address this for smoother customer interactions. Although the pricing occasionally feels slightly disproportionate to the service quality, the experience as a whole – from the ambience to the service – is worth it. For anyone seeking a distinctive grooming experience, I would highly recommend this barbershop.

The haircut and beard trim here were excellent - no complaints about the actual service. However, I need to flag something about their gift cards that left a bad taste in my mouth. They offer a 20K value card for 15K (sounds great, right?), but here's the catch - it expires in a year. They don't make this clear when selling it, which feels a bit misleading. In 2024, having gift cards that expire seems pretty outdated, especially for a premium brand like Truefitt & Hill. While I enjoyed my grooming experience, this policy feels rather sneaky and has honestly dampened my overall impression of the establishment. Just a heads up for anyone considering their gift cards - make sure to read the fine print!

Got the royal hair cut here. They have valet service. The salon is on the first floor and very large. No lift so keep that in mind. The facilities are top notch and stylists well trained. Expect to spend a minimum of an hour here. They take their time and do a fabulous job. Sip on some fresh tea or coffee. Look forward to their branch opening in Chembur soon.
