She makes the whole experience as comfortable and painless as possible, with great attention to hygiene and technique. Her professionalism, calm demeanour, and skill make all the difference. I always feel at ease and well taken care of. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality services at the salon.

I visited this salon for a hair color (balayage), deep conditioning treatment, and a layered cut, having had consistently positive experiences at other Jean Claude Biguine locations in different cities. Given my past satisfaction, I opted for the director stylist, expecting a high level of expertise and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular location was deeply disappointing. Despite my explicit request for a mushroom brown shade with balayage and my insistence on avoiding any red undertones—knowing they clash with my complexion—the stylist proceeded with a color with red undertones that I had specifically asked to avoid and said that he would do a global color and avoid balayage. To my regret, I trusted his expertise and proceeded with choice. The haircut was equally disheartening; instead of the layered style I had requested, I was left with a choppy, uneven cut that made my hair appear unkempt and frayed. To make matters worse, the frizz treatment was entirely overlooked with him saying that the deep conditioning treatment would damage my hair. Throughout the appointment, it was evident that the stylist was more focused on finishing quickly than delivering quality service. Initially, I hoped that with time, the haircut might settle into something more agreeable and it would grow on me, but unfortunately, it has only become more apparent that I will need to get it cut shorter to fix the damage done at this salon. The lack of precision, disregard for client requests, and overall inattentiveness (especially the rush to finish) made this visit a regrettable experience. I had expected the same level of professionalism and skill that I have encountered at other JCB salons, but this appointment fell far below those standards.

Seema was amazing with her work, she was so humble and respectful to me, I loved the service provided by her, seriously I'm writing this feedback but honestly I don't have words to describe my experience. Desk person was very helpful and kind i don't remember his name but I think his name was Abdul if I'm not wrong. Great experience.
