Hugo BarnettI’ve been on hold for over an hour and supposedly was only caller number 4 I’m still on hold now and it’s been saying I am caller number 1 in the Que for about 25 minutes. I’ve been given the wrong dressings and incorrectly re bandaged and now I’m stuck on hold waiting to get more from the chemist before 6pm, 5/6 days after an operation. Disgusting. Honestly one of the worst doctors surgery in the area. You’ll be waiting a week just for a call back better off going straight to 111 or hospital
Tayler WilliamsNothing but issues with the practice , incapable of even typing in a phone number correctly, absolute lack of care or organisation, and absolutely worst communication to patients as well as within the practice. Good luck having health conditions if your young, even though your suffering it’s not to worry because your to young to be unwell so they won’t investigate anything. Put in a complaint and get an apology and told it’ll be bought up in training and then repeatedly make the same mistakes over and over again. Oh and good luck seeing a doctor face to face. Zero confidence in the practice. Absolutely recommend complaining to the ombudsman if you have had any issues with the practice, hopefully the more they see them it’ll encourage some serious work and compensation to be given
