I’ve been on hold for over an hour and supposedly was only caller number 4 I’m still on hold now and it’s been saying I am caller number 1 in the Que for about 25 minutes. I’ve been given the wrong dressings and incorrectly re bandaged and now I’m stuck on hold waiting to get more from the chemist before 6pm, 5/6 days after an operation. Disgusting. Honestly one of the worst doctors surgery in the area. You’ll be waiting a week just for a call back better off going straight to 111 or hospital
