reception have been no help, can never get an appointment despite calling at 8am on the dot, reception saying that you need to be triaged after getting through to them for something very specific that a doctor would have to answer anyway, only to be told this on the triage call, so you've already explained yourself three times to get medical help. The very last straw was today when I called at 8am with complications of the flu and to ask if I can take a certain pain relief medication with another one I'm on as I'd never mixed them before and don't want to without a doctors input. I said I'll take a phone call from the GP as it's flu and don't want to infect other people. I got a text to say that my appointment is for the next day so I called up to say this isn't right and reception told me they'd put me on a list for today, that they couldn't guarantee anything. I get a phone call again to say can I come into he surgery today at a certain time. I asked where was the misunderstanding in communication because if I come in to the surgery with flu, I could end up infecting elderly patients. so upset and annoyed, i give up - I'm just outside catchment area for other surgeries but id rather use an app and speak to a GP in future than call this surgery for help again.

Terrible Receptionists. Great doctors... if you can get to see one. The receptionist fobbed me off multiple times over several weeks after waiting on hold for 50 minutes. so the NHS had to send a ambulance to come and check on me after I was coughing up blood, I couldn't see a doctor for weeks of tying I developed something a lot worse. Would not recommend this place to someone in a million years. Terrible Terrible Terrible. P.s im 30 not an old grumpy man. Trust me dont join the surgery, youll probably di* before you get seen.

Absolutely appalling reception staff, you call at 8am on the dot to end up in an hour long que somehow (some of us have school run and work you know!) And when I try on my work break I get told to call again tomorrow at 8am to repeat the same process, despite me telling you I have had horrible bleeding and cramps for 5 weeks now which even for someone with PCOS isn't normal! But you wonder why cancer and infections of the uterus/womb is on the rise?? EDIT - answering the response to this review, as stated in my review - SOME OF US HAVE SCHOOL RUNS AND WORK TO GO TO MEANING WE DON'T HAVE TIME FOR ONLINE FORMS, AND I CANNOT CALL 111 FOR MY ISSUE WHEN MY ISSUE DOES NOT EVEN MEET THE REQUIREMENTS TO 🙄🤦‍♀️ Maybe stop making excuses and admit your process doesn't work

Left holding for 55 minutes, and when I got through told to try again online at eight the following morning even after I explained that I can't do this because I'm a single dad and that's right in the middle of having to get my kids ready for school. Thanks for wasting my time.
