I had sprained both ankles, was using crutches and could barely walk but still had to work as I'm self employed. I had the best cab driver (not sure of her name)! She helped me in and out of the cab and waited until I was safely in my house before driving away. Complete angel watching over me! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for taking care of me and going above and beyond!!
My elderly mother-in-law got a ride 2 weeks ago from a driver with a ponytail and when they got to the destination he refused to help her with her groceries saying “ I’m not sure why people get groceries if they can’t carry them “. Horrible customer service ! Great way to treat a senior and awesome representation of Spruce Grove! And when we called to speak to someone, we got another rude horrible employee named Robin, amazing representation of this company! Keep up the good work! 👍
