One of your taxis number 177 on April 15 at 3:45 PM on the Anthony Henday going west cut my car off with my kids in it when we're all going 100, from the shoulder of the high way because he took the wrong turn?? Almost causing a major accident needs to be reevaluated because that was absolutely insane! I wish I had a dash camera to show you how absolutely absurd that was absolutely pissed who comes off the shoulder of the highway and cuts into incoming traffic on the highway driving like 50km an hour during rush hour? so thankful I have great breaks and so do the people behind me. Horrible driver.

I was told by the cab driver and night manager that cabs don’t have gps we have to direct them. And the only reason I called the customer service line was because the cab driver made a comment that I was Canadian and Canadians are uneducated. A black foreigner said this who also mentioned he was new to Canada. I have the cab number and video. From the sounds of it the person on the phone was also a foreigner.

Unit 176 needs to go to drivers training. I've watched him do many infractions in a matter of a 10 minute span. Including pulling out into a middle of an intersection and blocking it, just so he could get through the set of lights with passengers on board. Putting their safety at risk

Barrel seems to be more prompt with timing . I have never had an issue. In my experience the drivers I have had have been safe and friendly.
