Driver took one of the longest routes possible and charged me for the extra length HE added to the drive, , cost $10 more than it should’ve. Make sure the drivers are going the route that’s reasonable or they might charge you more since they decided on the long routes.

Sped over 80 down Jennifer Heil way made it to my house from stony hospital in less than 6 minutes was on phone while driving did not stop for red light at all swerving on the road when turned to late. These people should not be in business I called dispatch to complain she put me on hold for another call. This was all at 11:53 pm !!

Doesn't deserve even one star. I wanted a parcel delivered on Friday from Stony to southwest Edmonton gave parcel and paid, thought it would take about an hour tops, 3 flipping hours later it was finally delivered after I called to see where it was 1/2 hour before it got delivered. Ridiculous, yes only a parcel, but 3 hours later . Will never recommend or use again

If your drive don’t know what the address is and u make a time call because u have to work and now u are late for work. U think I would be smarter enough to take another company. Because they never get my shit right. Plus they tell u 8 on the phone but charge u 10.
