I recently stayed at the hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel. The amenities were excellent, and the location was convenient and near to the airport. A special mention goes to Rubie at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a significant difference, and she was ready to assist me to change my room to a more comfortable and quite room. Rubie truly exemplifies exceptional customer service, and she is a credit to your team.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable with soft pillows, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The internet was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and streaming. A special mention to Kim at reception—she was extremely helpful and made the check-in process smooth. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The receptionist are very warm and friendly, they guide and help you throughout your stay. Rooms are big spacious, try to take the room with balcony, room service was good, location was near to the airport, the only issue I found was - same breakfast buffet menu every single day for 4 days that I stayed there. They should reduce the count of dishes by half but try to change the menu every days so their breakfast becomes boring after 2nd day, else everything else is excellent 👌
