Wow,wow,wow! This is a fabulous hotel. The moment you arrive you are greeted by the amazing Turkish inspired architecture. A sense of relaxation hits you as you walk into the palatial entrance, smelling the rose scented perfume and greeted by the incredible staff. The staff cannot do enough for you. The restaurants are beautifully designed and the food top class. There is plenty of choice. Our bedroom had a sunken bath with a fantastic view overlooking the hotel gardens and Palm from a large balcony. In my opinion this is the best view on the Palm with Atlantis, The Royal, Burj al Arab, Burj Khalifa all visible. Also included in your stay is the best spa on the Palm (2024 award) and a shuttle bus. Thank you again for your amazing hospitality! See you again in 2025!

Thank you SO much for making this visit so special !||Our room was gorgeous, and the birthday greeting on the bed and the chocolate cake was such a kind touch.||The hotel is stunningly beautiful. But it's the staff who really make it. All super friendly and keen to help. The doormen (Soneel, Shabale, Richard) so friendly and always helpful. Reception and concierge staff, so patient with all my questions. Room staff excellent. The room a joy to come back to, spotless.||Food is wonderful. Indian, Lebanese, Mediterrean we tried, delicious and service so good.||The breakfast buffet is great, especially the omelette man !||I also had a brilliant massage at the spa.||Was really sad we only had 5 nights. I want to come back SO much !

My sister is visiting from Australia and I wanted to treat her to an afternoon tea. We ooo-ed and aaa-ed as we walked into the foyer and made our way to the Sultan's lounge. We were seated in Arabic style high back chairs and greeted by very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. Serving us pretty pink and delicious iced teas. Then came the 2 tier tray with savoury sandwiches, tea cakes and delicious scones. It was a lovely experience. We enjoyed it from start to finish. The sandwiches and cakes were the perfect size and scrumptious. We were given a chocolate Teddy bear to take home. Thank you to our lovely and friendly waitress, Thondar, who was willing to see to our every need and made us feel right at home. Will definitely come again.

Incredible hotel, incredible food and incredible service. Above all wonderful caring and genuinely lovely hard working staff make you feel so welcome, warmed and looked after. The service is top class, from sunbed service, iced towels, free ice pops in that afternoon heat, attentive and friendly lifeguards and beautiful grounds kept pristine by the gracious workers. Nothing is too much for the staff, returning in a taxi on an evening we were always remembered and welcomed home. The rooms were truly superb, extra clean and have every possible amenities taken care of, and for those bits extra the butler service is faultless. Special mention to Eduardo at breakfast who kept my young family entertained, ensuring they were always topped up with drinks. His friendly infectious nature rubbed off on my family and he made it memorable. We will be back
