This was our second stay at Ja hotel and once again we loved it. Last time we stayed at Palm Tree Court and it was an excellent stay, this time we chose the Beach hotel and they delivered! The service, the food, the cleanliness, location, pools, beach and the activities for kids were all top notch. My daughter and I went with a friend and her kids and we had the best stay. Sam at the reception was kind enough to move us to rooms next to each other, and it was nice to have him at the reception on our last day. Such a great guy. Also Nilantha was helpful with out bags and handing out some breakfast on our way to the airport. At the pool bar - Michael provided great service, and the drinks were really good. The fitness instructor, I didn't get his name, was great addition to the hotels activities. The water gymnastics were both fun and challenging. At the Captains not only is the food great but the staff is amazing - especially Deva and Mahmood. The hotel has everything you need for a good stay, but the staff there really make it extra good!

Best barman ever in Vasco DaGama bar- Akhill Boja! Hotel is my favourite, everything was greate and food was delicious. Perfect option with baggy, when you want to go to the beach. Always clean room and very nice People. Perfect organization in all resort. Highly recommended!

We went to the Lake View hotel last year and this time we went to the Beach. It was just as good as we remember, the facilities, the staff, the food. Across the board everything was amazing. Special shout to the guys at Captains (Sai, Kundan, Judy and Vicky especially). They made our stay that extra bit special and looked after our daughter Annabelle so well. She loved it and always wanted to be there to see them!! Thank you everyone. We will return 😃

We’ve been customers of this hotel for nearly 20 years. Before living in UAE, we used to stay here at least twice a year. And now since we’ve been resident, we are still spending weekends and also coming nearly every week for pool and beach days (we have a Viya access). |The lady at check in is always the same, her name is R., she know us. Today when we arrived, my husband asked her very politely what would happen if there was no space for us, as we were told at the entrance that the place was already fully booked. So she replied that it’s indeed fully booked, we would not find a place, that it’s on the first come, first serve basis and if we don’t agree, we can go somewhere else. So my husband asked if we could go and check before redeeming our voucher (if we had redeemed it and not found a place, we couldn’t have gone anywhere else), she didn’t want, she insisted on the fact that it was better for us to go somewhere else. Then after negociations, she allowed my husband going to check. Then he called me, saying that the place was not busy at all, that there were even less people than during a a normal weekend. So he sent me his Viya QR code to check in and she didn’t accept to scan it, saying that I was not the card holder.|Then she pretended scanning it and said that we had no access. She made me super angry because she knows well that we come nearly every weekend. Then my husband came, scanned his QR code without any issue and we could start enjoying.||I really wonder if it’s a decision from the management to try to repeal people using an external membership to visit the property or if we were unlucky, maybe this lady R. was not feeling well today and had decided not being friendly with customers…||PS: some pictures to show that at 11AM, it was still not busy at all
