We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience overall. - spacious and clean rooms - ocean view - small gym - breakfast with a lot of varieties - excellent location - option to check out Nousha is nice and helped us with our luggage. Housekeeper is such an obliging and responsive man. The staff at the parking were very helpful as well. In general, all the staff ensure that you feel comfortable and have all you need. We ask at the reception for late check-out. I don’t know if I can define this hotel as a luxury stile, but we really enjoyed our staying. Thanks to all the Staff.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The breakfast was great. As for Bilawal a man who was working there, he’s a reliable, kind person with a positive attitude. Always ready to help and provide thoughtful advice, he’s someone you can count on. What an amazing hotel!!! Flew in from Brisbane (14 1/2 hours). Flight landed 05:00 - booked into hotel 06:15 - Room was prepared so we managed to get a couple of hours sleep and still had the whole day ahead of us. Big thanks to the hotel team for making this request possible. Room had an amazing balcony view over the Marina Bay, from the Dubai Eye right round to the Palm Jumeirah and the Atlantis Hotel. The room was of a large size and immaculately presented. The pool area, lounges and dining facilities were first class. Beach bag, towels and umbrella are available to collect to use on the beach. The Buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever known and the staff extremely helpful and attentive. The front of house team were exceptional - always asking if we needed anything / how is the stay going etc. Mina Hanna has a great team and should be proud of each one!! The hotel is situated across the road from the beach and the wonderful ‘promenade’ with all its attractions. Superbly placed! We have transited through Dubai over a dozen times and never stayed, due to wanting to arrive at our destination as son as possible. Mistake!!! A three night lay over has been the best decision we have made, second only to choosing the JA Ocean View Hotel to stay at. Utterly taken by this hotel and the staff, and will most certainly be using this as a stopover in the future. In fact, you know what, this would make a fantastic holiday destination in itself. Thank You to ALL the Team - We Will Be Back!!!

From the minute we arrived at the JA Ocean View hotel nothing was too much trouble! The staff on all shifts was helpful, professional, they all went that extra mile. Vikram the concierge always greeted guests with a smile and couldn’t do enough to help. Diana Greek restaurant, she too was so helpful and has the most beautiful personality. SIMARJIT, house keeping, kept our room spotless, he worked tirelessly and always had a smile a “good morning” when he seen us. ALWYN the JEWELLER located in the hotel lobby, is a life saver, I couldn’t remove a ring from my finger, he persevered and eventually managed to remove it, he’s a super star. The hotel is spotless clean, the rooms are big with huge beds. The balcony overlooking the sea was a real bonus. We went half board, we had a choice of 3 restaurants to choose from. Food is excellent and plentiful, the hotel caters for all nationalities. The food is very fresh and cooked to perfection. I honestly cannot fault this hotel, by far the best we have stayed in and we have traveled a lot over the years but nothing compares to the JA Ocean View. The hotels location is perfect, for the beach, shops and local transportation, all within minutes from the hotel. We will be back to stay again in 2026, we can’t wait. Thank you all for making our holiday so happy and stressful free.
