We spoke to Scott and he sent Bob. This guy didn’t know anything about repairing and physically broke our microwave (photo attached) then blamed it on the maintenance. He suggested a repair worth $450 while a new microwave goes for $350. We tried to ask for justification but he just ended up literally running away. When we tried to reach back to him. He said we wasted his time and didn’t pay him for the visit. How can we pay a person who ran away.

Very disappointing service. After 2 unsuccessful service calls to repair a Samsung dishwasher, I had to diagnose the problem myself. 2 subsequent service appointments to make the necessary repair have been missed and now Scott is not returning our phone call. What has happened to common courtesy? Scott, If your company is not willing or able to complete the repair, you should have at the very least notified us. I cannot recommend your service.

Given the choice, my rating would be 0 stars. I found Scott, the owner, to be unprofessional and overly concerned with trivial costs during our phone interaction. He sent a repair technician to my girlfriend's house to fix a dishwasher drainage issue, who then spent a mere three minutes on site, ran two diagnostic cycles, and hastily attributed the problem to a drain pump issue without further investigation..Scott, the owner, later phoned to recharge the card after the initial attempt failed. My girlfriend asked about the cost for the technician's return visit to assess and install the replacement pump she purchased, given the initial misdiagnosis costing $100. Scott replied it would be another $150 and emphasized parts must come from them. Initially, the $100 fee was to cover the revisit for installation per technician, regardless of part origin. After further disagreement, Scott chose to end their business relationship, stating they should 'part ways.' This company's unwillingness to stand by their service is concerning and potential customers should exercise caution.

I should have listened to all the bad reviews, but you live and learn. Scott Glover is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever known. He was rude, dismissive, and failed to listen and understand the problem from the start. I have a microwave that had a cooling fan start to fail. I could hear it and so could my wife. I explained the problem to Scott, and he assured me he would investigate. I received a call back that I needed a new motherboard, so he is the expert and I trusted him. I paid more than the microwave is worth to have it repaired ($375). When I went to pick it up, I could clearly hear that the fan was still not operational. Scott got immediately defensive and told me "I'll refund your money, it's not worth it to me". Strange way to handle that situation. Long story short, 4 trips to his house and the microwave is still not working properly. When I tried to explain to him that the fan is not running, he laughed at me and again told me he would refund my money. I waited for him to reverse the charge, but to no avail. I had to dispute the charges. What does Scott do? He runs my credit card again, committing credit card fraud. After leaving, I went to C&W Appliance Service and the experience was night and day. The tech listened, he understood the problem immediately. I paid $55, they repaired the fan and the microwave worked perfectly. I would recommend C&W to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. I'm sure Scott will reply that he's an honest, hardworking person that is being victimized by a bad client but I'm clearly stating that anyone considering using him, you've been warned.
