She literally harassed me by continued to text my phone after asking repeatly to stop texting me. She is very very unprofessional! I am a single mother of 3 and just wanted a simple my oven repaired. The technician did NOT do a diagnostics at all. He literally looked at my oven and notice the lights was not on and stated it was the computer. I never heard anything back from the company. They took the service fee and I had to continue to contact them for an update that I still have yet to receive. I was supposed to received a call on Monday and no one has reached out to me. I had to reach out to them. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
