Katy gave us a great inspection and sent out someone who was also very helpful to spray inside and outside. They both offered great advice for solving the pest problem. When the inside and outside was sprayed, I went from seeing a bug almost every day to never seeing one again. After the second spray outside, I noticed a few dead ones inside and called to see if that was anything to be concerned about. They had someone come spray inside days later. Very happy with the service :) and pleased to not be rudely greeted in the middle of the night by a gross bug. I would recommend them for anyone having bug issues. Thank you!

I used to be a satisfied customer of Peninsular Pest Control for my lawn treatment until Massey acquired them. Unfortunately, since the acquisition, Massey has been neglecting my lawn maintenance. Despite expressing my concerns to a representative who visited my house, I have not received adequate service. The transition from the reputable Peninsular to Massey has resulted in a decline in customer service and a shortage of employees. My lawn's condition has deteriorated significantly, prompting me to seek another company that values quality work and customer satisfaction.

I was with peninsular for 5 years until this week. First 2 years were great and last three have been terrible. Their main office is very helpful but unfortunately their technicians aside from the manager dont seem to care. About a year ago one of my back sprinklers went out (first 3 photos) and the lawn company kept spraying never calling me to say you know there are giant dead spots! I let them know this and they reached out to fix the issues. Since then the pattern has continued (photos after 3rd photo). Grass dies, complain to main office, head tech comes and fixes it, and then it dies again once in the hands of the local tech. Im tired of having to complain repeatedly about keeping my grass green. I would suggest looking elsewhere. I believe they need to pay their technicians more so they will have a more vested interest in client satisfaction. Peninsular one great manager cant do all the work! Edit: 5 years later it appears they have adjusted their response to make it seem like i wasnt a customer with them. Also they have added numerous photos to hide the bad reviews.

We've lived in our home for 17 years and our yard has NEVER looked this bad. We switched to Peninsular for an improvement over the past service but it's been such a disappointment Our yard has never looked like this. See pix...first to take care of dollar week problem they just killed a huge patch of it and left a huge brown spot. That's how out of control it was. What were they doing every month that they didn't see it spreading? In addition, now we have SANDSPURS growing all throughout the entire yard. We've had a supervisor out here twice to help discern the source of our problems and no improvement. in response to our calls, they've done nothing but send a supervisor who never offers to meet us nor replace the bad grass or refund any of the $720 we have paid them to service the year this past year. They talk a great game but not able to manage our yard. We are going to have to replace - re-sod almost our entire front yard. Completely UNACCEPTABLE.
