It was a pleasure working with this gentleman, Andrew. A gentleman he is. Very soft spoken, very calming and knowledgeable. I am so happy to hear that he will be our technician. He is very thorough and answered all of my questions. You always have great people working for you! It is great to be with you all again. Very thorough dependable service. We never have had trouble with bugs using your service. The flea treatment is really good too! Bravo Pest Control and to Andrew…. Hats off to him!!!!

Wayne from PCSS was fantastic. He showed up promptly for the initial lawn assessment and quickly diagnosed the issue with my newly laid sod. His knowledge, professionalism, and clear explanation gave me full confidence, I signed with the company on the spot. Luckily, he was able to treat the lawn the same day. Looking forward to seeing the grass bounce back! Highly recommend.

Vince came out to help me with a question that I asked via text piggy backing on their notification informing me they would be out in the next couple days with the bi-monthly treatment! I asked if they also treated for termites and they said they needed to see what kind they were so they wanted me to collect some wings and some of the bodies if possible and they would come by to pick them up on Friday. Vince came by asked for the The example I gave him the baggie that I had the sample in and he took it out. Looked at said Yep wood termites and they don’t treat pork so he was going to send me a name and a phone number of somebody. They recommend if I had subterranean termites then they would be able to treat it so he was very honest. He told me what I needed and it wasn’t something that would actually benefit him and his family in their company so I take that as truth and they have always been truthful with me. They’re a good company and the family that works with them are all very good. Hard workers and I appreciate them. Vince did an awesome job. It was quick and accurate. My treatment is still gonna cost me, but that’s not Vince‘s fault lol
