This is a family business run by a Father and his son. They are prompt, honest, efficient and professional. I find this Company to be the BEST service I have had to deal with In Miami. Yorlando (the son) Is very responsive and quickly addressed the Problem to my satisfaction. They are honorable and great to work with! Recommend without reservation!! Seven months ago I had a mouse infestation in my attic and paid a lot of money to have my house sealed and obtained multiple quotes in the process. The quotes were greatly disparate and some of the companies were clearly price gouging. The company I hired and was under contract with did not respond appropriately when I reported new noise in the attics and was gaslighting me. They came out twice claiming I don’t have a problem. Instead of arguing with them I called BEST FLORIDA PEST CONTROL. Yorlando inspected the attic and found several openings that were missed by the first Company. He closed them and left traps. Two days later he came back and collected several mice. He recommended putting bait stations around the house. His fees and quote for the bait stations were much lower than when the Company I am under contract with which failed to address my problem. This is why I’m taking the time to write this review because such an honest and effective business needs to be celebrated and supported.
