L LThe technician was very nice don't get me wrong, but I asked about cleaning the washer while he was here and he said he was just supposed to clean the washing powder and fabric softener holes. While he was there I asked about cleaning the rubber seal inside the washer and he said I'm supposed to clean it with vinegar, and had me use vinegar to run through my washer. I went online after he left and saw that a solution was supposed to be ran through my washer which prompted me to call because that wasn't done. When I called I was told the Interior and exterior was supposed to be cleaned which was not done. The whole reason I got the service was for the cleaning and it was not done. I just want my washer cleaned. Also there was supposed to be some checks done while the spin cycle was going. The spin cycle started 15 mins after he left.... I just want the service advertised and what I paid for. I just want to wash my clothes :(. I spoke to 3 representatives after the service call. 2 of them were very pleasant, but the second one transferred me over while I was in the middle of speaking which was very rude. The first and third ladies were very nice and I appreciate the help they provided. I appreciate the technician as well, he was very nice I just want what I paid for. That's all.
