Customer experiences
It was pleasure working with Sumnit. Whole process was easier and smooth. The communication part was truly appreciated. Never had any delays or all the concerns and doubts were cleared as soon as he could. Thank-you for helping me out with the small business loan and making it happen for me. You deserve 10 star review for your work. Keep up the good work.
The Credit Union has officially lost my business after over 25 years. This merger has been an incredible failure. The App isn’t working, I can’t pay bills online reliably, can’t e-Transfer. This is still after having to re-enter, re-access, re-try, reload, re-boot, then try again, not to mention the numerous calls and inquiries throughout the process. I have spent more time on the phone with staff in the past 30+ days than the previous 2-3 years prior. I have stayed with the Credit Union for my daily banking long after they had lost my mortgages due to non competitive rates solely because of the great service that we have always gotten. They know what I need, and don’t waste my time. I do feel for the staff who are saddled with dealing with the turmoil they did not create. A management team that decides to go live with a banking system that isn’t proven and tested for reliability and usability should be held accountable. What an incredible waste of time and effort by both staff and frustrated customers alike, unacceptable. Ironically I just called in to close my numerous personal and business accounts, and nobody even answered the phone -Tried to send the message last nigh to close through the app but the message would just disappear.. Good bye Credit Union (as soon as I can make actual contact), and good luck in your efforts to to impersonate a real bank. Warren G.
I wish I could give Connect first a zero star review because how horrible of a business they have become. The lack of concern of their customers is mind blowing. I've been a loyal client for 10+ years. But they've offically lost my business. The last 2 years of service has been continuously going down hill. From in branch repersentives being rude and condacending to their customer service repersentives on the phone. It's absolutely pathetic how they destroy trust with their customers and leave them stranded cut off without acknowledgment nor willingness to make solutions for the problem. Leaving their clients/customers stranded unable to purchase goods/services. Leaving them embarrassed and humiliated at the check out till. When I called in to find out why I was suddenly unable to access my money they told me because they were switching to new cards and I should have recieved my card back in November. My first question was "has that card been activated?" The answer was no. Which I told them I have never recieved another card. My current card is no where near expiration. Why was my only card canceled? Please reinstate it. But once a card is canceled they can't do anything. But instead expecting their customers to take time off work to come to branch. For a problem they caused. So now I have to take time off work to go into location for a new card. This is now costing me more money. I also asked them to file a complaint with their headoffice to maybe actually get a resolution without having to take time off work. When I called back in for this weekends hours I decided to ask about my complaint. They didn't even submit one. So continuously dismissing the problem and showing they don't care about their customers. If you look at every locations Google reviews there is a general consensus how awful its become. Endless complaints. Endless trust broken. Its sad to see such a great entity destroyed with senseless actions and changes. They need to take a hard look at their policies and procedures and reevaluate if they want to continue to be in business
USES 90'S TECHNOLOGY Tried having my bank draft that was drawn from this bank verified, and they WILL ONLY verify it by FAX? This is an absolute joke of an establishment, you can't speak to a manager only a call center with heavy accents.
