Useless bank. Why can’t I even have access to an ATM on the weekend? I need to pull cash out & all banks in town are closed completely with no access to ATMs. I seriously don’t know why I bank here.

Awful customer service at this branch. Have had my account with Servus for 22 yrs. Went from work on a payday Friday lunch hour to get cash from the drive thru machine, out of cash. Park and go inside to the machine, out of cash as well. Stand in line now waiting. I watch a teller helping a customer and had to leave their counter. As they were coming back, they decide to stop at someone’s else’s counter and have a little interruptive visit with that customer. Meanwhile their customer is standing there watching this too lol wow. Then I get that teller. I mention that none of their machines have money in them and it’s kind of inconvenient. Instantly they want to check my ID. I offered my account number and was denied and asked for ID. I said forget it and left Today I tried using that drive thru bank machine and it denied me making a transaction there now for "some reason". I am most definitely looking for a new bank to deal with in the near future.

We had an awful experience with Servus. Their customer service was absolutely terrible - specifically Tonia & Kelsey at the south hill branch. We set up our mortgage with them and were not informed or notified that our rate had expired. We were simply told that our rate went up 0.5% and had to sign for the new rate or it would go up again the next day. We ended up dealing with the district manager Sherri as well who took no responsibility and tried to blame the issue on everyone else. Everyone gave us the same excuse that "their hands were tied" and could not help us. This is unacceptable customer service. We will be cancelling all of our accounts and moving to a different bank and will definitely not be renewing our mortgage after our 5 years. We have told everyone we know about our awful experience and will never be supporting Servus ever again.
