We booked an appointment specifically to meet with a financial advisor only to arrive and be told they weren’t even in the building. No call, no update, no attempt to reschedule. Just... not there. It’s hard to understand how a financial institution can operate like this. When someone takes time out of their day to attend a scheduled meeting, the absolute minimum expectation is that the person you’re meeting will actually show up. The lack of communication and accountability was beyond frustrating. If this is how Servus handles basic appointments, it raises serious concerns about their reliability when it comes to handling more important financial matters. Truly disappointing.
