From the point of contact when I called the dealership to have my 27 commercial fleet vehicles serviced I was met with an extremely professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable staff at Addison on Eglinton. The incredible staff at Addison immediatley took all of the fleet's V.I.N. numbers and gave me back a clear and concise report of what each vehicle would require, and immediately started booking them in and getting them done at around 3 or more a day despite being a very busy full service dealership. The dedicated staff at Addington took care of everything from arranging shuttles, to notifying me immediately when each vehicle was finished, to explaining to me the entire breakdown of each truck's repairs so that I was clear on what was done, with no uncertainty whatsoever. The Addington staff took my concerns seriously, and provided me with the timely solutions that either met or exceeded my expectations. Special mention to the following individuals as their amazing personalities, and customer service stood out over and above what anyone would expect for customer service. These 4 individuals took my customer experience to the next level, and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My neighbour referred me to Addison and had the pleasure of dealing with Mike W. since 2024. The atmosphere is great! From Management to service tech and Lisa who operates the cafe, fantastic food! Waiting area very spacious, comfortable seats with CP24 to make your stay comfortable. I like that Addison has a quick oil lube service, I haven't tried it however I spoke with a customer who frequently uses this service and highly recommends this service. Any questions/concerns I have with my car is always handled in a friendly and courteous manner. I've met customers in the waiting area that have been dealing with them for 20+ years.! I like their friendly appointment reminders via text , saves me time to book in my calendar. So far I like their customer care approach , and their efforts to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you Mike ! and to the rest of Addison team!
